Celebrating Long Service at PLB

In May, colleagues from across the business came together at Allerton Manor to celebrate something that truly defines PLB; long-term commitment, consistency, and care.

Our annual Long Service Celebration is an important moment in the PLB calendar, giving us the opportunity to recognise team members who have reached the incredible milestone of 10 years’ service or more.

These milestones represent far more than time served. They reflect years of:

• Delivering work in residents’ homes with professionalism and care
• Building trust with clients, communities, and partners
• Supporting colleagues and strengthening teams
• Upholding the standards and values that define how we work

Every individual recognised has played an important role in shaping the business we are today. Their dedication, experience, and commitment continue to make a lasting impact across our teams, our projects, and the communities we serve.

The event also provided a chance for colleagues to reconnect, reflect on shared achievements, and celebrate the people behind PLB’s continued success.
