Our service is led by a fully qualified Retrofit Coordinator who brings specialist expertise to every project. Working closely with clients, they design and manage tailored retrofit strategies that improve building performance, reduce environmental impact, and create healthier, more comfortable living environments. From assessment and planning through to delivery, the Retrofit Coordinator oversees each stage to ensure quality, compliance, and successful outcomes.

We operate with a highly skilled, directly employed in-house team qualified in a wide range of decarbonisation measures. These include Solar PV installation, Internal and External Wall Insulation (IWI/EWI), and EV charging points. All works are delivered to the highest technical and regulatory standards, maximising energy savings and long-term carbon reduction.

PLB is a Silver Carbon Literate organisation, reflecting our commitment to sustainability across our operations. Our resident liaison team is also Carbon Literate, enabling clear communication with residents throughout the retrofit process. We ensure residents understand the benefits, the works involved, and how they can play an active role in reducing their own carbon footprint.
