The scope includes full removal and replacement of existing kitchens and bathrooms, robust coordinated resident liaison, and quality-controlled installation. Managing over £15m of planned works annually, PLB achieved on-time delivery, exceptional resident satisfaction, and defect-free handovers.
Working in occupied homes presents logistical and technical challenges that require a resident-focused approach. PLB mitigates disruption through a dedicated Resident Liaison Officer managing communication, access, and aftercare. Residents receive pre-start packs, daily updates, completion surveys, temporary kitchen or bathroom facilities where required, and access to an out-of-hours contact for urgent queries.
