Lime Tree Court Apartments
This project involved the redevelopment of a former garage site in Woolton, delivered for our strategic partner Plus Dane Housing. A new four-storey building was constructed to provide 30 high-quality apartments for rent for residents aged over 55, arranged across three levels of living accommodation above an undercroft parking area.
The project presented significant technical challenges due to the extremely tight site constraints. A protected heritage lime tree had to be preserved, requiring the building to be carefully designed and constructed around it. Limited working space necessitated the use of a crane for materials handling, demanding precise logistics planning, strict safety controls, and close coordination throughout construction.
The project was delivered to an exceptional standard, resulting in a visually striking building that complements its surroundings. High-quality workmanship and thoughtful design created attractive, well-finished homes. All apartments were successfully let on handover day, demonstrating strong demand, client satisfaction, and the success of the scheme.
